Hello
Just wanted to drop in and let everyone know I'm still kicking!! I am however finding it extremely hard to keep up with this blog, my FB pages , homeschooling and crafting!! And now not to mention that DH has to go see the ole heart doctor very soon. Sometimes I think I'm on overload but I usually make it thru things without too much hair being pulled out!!
That being said I do want my followers to know I may not be on here much. Most of my new work will be posted on FB ( see sidebar). I don't think you need an account just to come over and have a look see what we've been up to. I have been making some jewelry pieces that are turning out really cute. And the felt items are fun fun fun. I've spent the last few months sewing and working on felt. I will be doing some painting this year as well as making some new soap bars. That is if no monkey wrenches get thrown into the gears!!
Our move back in mid March went well and we are enjoying all the space in this new house. The grandkids love that we have a yard they can actually play in and not have to worry about getting hit by a car. And I get a garden!! So am looking forward to that.
We've been swimming in all the rain we've had the last few days. If it was just a gentle rain it would be good but ooh no we have to have belly gushers that last for 2 or 3 hrs. One day we had a total of 3" and that is alot of rain. The kids have discovered that when it rains alot the yard becomes one giant swimming pool and they quite enjoy it. After a couple hours however it turn into a giant mud pit!! They still play in it. Awww the joys of childhood.
Hoping all of you had a great Easter Holiday and most of us are looking forward to Summer ( and some of you may be facing Winter!!!). Will post some pics later on for those of you who prefer not to get on FB. Until later enjoy you day and have fun crafting.
